In Courtallam very recently, we have completed Phase I Project consisting of 54 plots which are adjacent to the person plots, viz., Phase II.

The present sites are situated in Five Falls to Main Falls Road, Courtallam, which is about 4 Kms from Courtallam Bus Stand and opposite to Ramakrishna Madam and adjacent to Tamilnadu Boat Club. The present layout consists of 23 plots in Phase II.

Courtallam is classified as No.1 health resort in Tamilnadu. Most of the people in our State are well acquainted with its seasonal conditions. Taking bath in the falls in Courtallam is a pleasant experience for one and all. The atmosphere is having medicated air.

Visitors are pooling in Courtallam during the period from May to September to enjoy the season. More over Ayyappa Devotees are also visiting Courtallam during their pilgrimage to Ayyappan Koil.

Thiruvananthapuram Airport is an International Airport which is 150 Kms from Courtallam. Traveling through hill track is an enjoyable thing.
